The Savoy Hotel recognised the need to ensure clarity in the cost savings aspect of their billing after carrying out a full energy efficient technology re-fit. E2 Services were tasked to conduct a thorough forensic utility audit of historical accounts.
The forensic analysis of The Savoy’s historical utility accounts was undertaken by E2 Services, spanning six utility supply companies and stretching back over 72 months.
E2 presented ﬁndings to the Savoy in a detailed Energy Audit Report, which identiﬁed just over £30,000 in overcharges relating to:
Ultimately, this project was conducted at zero up-front cost to the client, and resulted in £33,064 of refunds being provided to The Savoy Hotel, with additional ongoing annual savings of £264.
