E2 Services act as full energy partners for Northwood Regional UK, taking care of multiple aspects of the property portfolio’s utility use. Using the energy data, along with knowledge of the building plant and occupancy, E2 have built a monthly energy performance report (MEPR) to cover the main sites within the portfolio.
This reports on energy use at each of the sites, along with the status of tickets that have been raised in response to unusual energy use profiles. These are then communicated to the appropriate parties, from asset managers to BMS maintenance contractors, and chased until the issue is resolved or explained. Having this service in place prevents issues from becoming embedded, and eroding the hard-won energy savings from projects and control improvements.
