The 5^th December compliance date is fast approaching!  

The Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme (ESOS) requires large undertakings (250+ employees, or a turnover in excess of €50m & an annual balance sheet in excess of €43m) to calculate the total energy consumption across their corporate group and then audit the significant energy using sites and/or processes. The resulting recommendations then have to be signed off by a company Director and the Environment Agency need to be notified once the organisation is compliant.
