COVID-19 Update

Wednesday 6th January 2021

Following the latest Government announcement that the UK has been placed into another full national lockdown, E2 Services have assessed the current position, and we want to reassure you that we will be able to fully support your business over the coming weeks, whilst ensuring all measures required to protect the health and welfare of both your and our employees is observed.

In the first instance, non essential meetings will now be undertaken remotely, as the majority of our staff are now working back at home. Where site visits are necessary by our engineers, the risk of infection has been minimised through the provision of appropriate PPE and by following the government guidance of “hands – face – space”. We have also issued our engineers with dynamic risk assessments which are to be completed as appropriate in order that any residual risk can be identified. We will continue to provide callout cover to all appropriate clients in the usual way to ensure their sites can continue to run and support the business operation of each building throughout this continuing crisis. All callouts should be requested via the usual contact details – our administration team continue to co-ordinate operations. Similarly, we would request that you could please inform us at any point of anything that could impact on our ability to deliver these services to you.

Hopefully, with the vaccine programme gaining momentum we will start to see an easing to the restrictions by the spring time and we can start to return to some degree of normality in the very near future.
