E2 Services and Carbon Controls Merge

Tuesday 2nd June 2015

For the past 3 years, Carbon Control Systems and E2 Services have worked in partnership with the skill sets of each company complementing the other. This has resulted in both companies introducing the other's services across their individual client base. We have now worked together on a substantial number of contracts for a variety of clients including Microsoft, Las Iguanas, Highcross, Northwood Investors, The Savoy Hotel, Royal Brompton & Harefield NHS Trust to name but a few.

The combined expertise of the two companies has led to an expansion of the business to include energy focused end of life asset replacement projects including high efficiency chiller installations, high efficiency boiler installations, low energy lighting systems and high efficiency compressed air systems.

The projects have resulted in enhanced control of our clients buildings combined with substantial energy savings as a result of implementation of the E2 targeted energy saving measures and asset replacement works.

In order to better serve our clients, and streamline the operation of the combined businesses, the decision was made in late 2014 to merge the two business. We are now delighted to announce that E2 Services and Carbon Controls have merged and will operate as a single entity commencing from 1st April 2015.

E2 Services has been operating for over 10 years, and the decision was taken to continue to operate the business under the E2 Services banner. Carbon Control Systems Ltd will remain as a subsidiary of E2 Services, but in order to minimise inter-company administration and allow us to focus on customer service, all business will be transferred to E2 Services.

All existing staff will remain, and the BMS and controls will continue to operate from the Chessington office.

We look forward to continuing success in delivering high quality energy focussed projects for our clients, and further developing existing and new client partnerships.
